Timed Entry
To help ensure a smooth, enjoyable and safe experience, timed entry to the Primate Forest line is temporarily required. Timed-entry reservations are available only on the day of your visit, from 10 a.m. to 90 minutes before closing.
Step 1: Upon arrival to the Zoo, scan the QR code to select your desired line entry time for you and your group. One reservation can cover a group of up to 15 people.
Step 2: Select your line entry time, enter your contact information, agree to text messages, add the number of guests in your group and confirm all your details. You will receive a text message confirmation with a link to your line entry ticket.
Step 3: When it’s your time, head to the Primate Forest entrance and join the line. A Zoo team member will check your ticket. A wait may be necessary as guests already inside make their way through the experience.
