Camp Scholarships: Application period for 2023 has ended. Please check back in early 2024 for details on next year's scholarship opportunities!

Scholarships are offered through a special gift from the Cleveland Natural Science Club and other generous donors.

Cancellations/Refunds: Program fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date/program unless Cleveland Metroparks finds it necessary to cancel a program. Participants assume risk of all changes in personal health and affairs. Registrants will be notified if programs are cancelled.
NOTE: Camp fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Camp registration is not confirmed until you receive your confirmation email. 

Pick-Up Policy: If campers are not picked up in a timely manner, you will be charged a late fee of $5, per camper, for every 15-minute interval past the pick-up time beginning 15 minutes after the camp’s initial end time.

- i.e., if camp ends at 3:00 p.m., beginning at 3:15 p.m. you will be charged $5, per camper, for every 15-minute window that passes.

If you are going to be late for pick-up due to an emergency, please call the Nature Center leading the camp to avoid being charged any late fees.
