Board Meeting Schedule
Unless otherwise noted, the Board of Park Commissioners typically meet once a month on Thursdays, at 8:00 AM at Cleveland Metroparks Administrative Offices in the Rzepka Board Room located at 4101 Fulton Parkway, Cleveland, Ohio 44144.
Board meetings may be attended in person or virtually. Only a limited amount of public guests (approximately ten) can attend the Board Meeting in-person due to the size of the room and efforts to ensure social distancing as COVID-19 is prevalent in the community. Facial coverings are also strongly recommended. Once that limit has been reached, no other visitors can enter. The meeting can be viewed remotely following the instructions in the Board Meeting section. All non-essential Cleveland Metroparks staff will use the remote viewing option rather than attend in person.
Cleveland Metroparks can provide assistive listening (AL) devices or sign-language interpreters for Board meetings for those individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. Please make a request two weeks before the meeting but no later than 72 hours prior to the Board meeting. Contact us at 216.635.3201.
