When is the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo Easter Eggsperience?
Our inaugural event kicks off with two seatings on Saturday, April 4.
Seating one is from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and seating two is from1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
What is included with the event?
The following activities take place during each 90-minute seating:
All participants have access to the Zoo and unlimited carousel rides for the day, regardless of their selected seating time.
Are tickets required for the event or is it included with my paid Cleveland Metroparks Zoo ticket?
Tickets to the Easter Eggsperience are required and include admission to the Zoo for the day. You do not need to purchase a separate Zoo ticket for the day of the event.
Do Zoo Members need to purchase tickets?
Yes, members must purchase tickets to participate in the Easter Eggsperience.
Do I need to select a seating time when purchasing my tickets?
Yes, you are required to select a seating time when you purchase your tickets.
Will both seatings have the same activities?
Yes, both seatings have the following activities:
All participants have access to the Zoo and unlimited carousel rides for the day of the event, regardless of their selected seating time.
Can we enjoy the Zoo before and/or after our seating?
Absolutely! Each event ticket includes all-day admission to the Zoo for the day of the event.
What is the menu?
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions, and instructions for how to request accommodations will be provided in your registration confirmation.
Is the Easter Eggsperience rain or shine?
Yes, the event will be held rain or shine. If needed, the Easter egg hunt will be moved to a covered area.
What is the cancellation policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests and refunds cannot be provided.
May I add additional guests after my tickets are purchased?
If seating is available, simply purchase additional tickets and we will contact you to ensure your guests are seated at your table.
Can I purchase tickets in-person?
No. Tickets only are available online. Please contact 216.635.3304 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, if you need assistance.
Can I purchase tickets day-of at the box office?
No. Reservations are accepted only through March 24th, or when the event is sold out. Tickets only are available for purchase online.
Are service dogs allowed?
Yes, service dogs are allowed, but you may not be able to participate in the Get Close! animal encounter based on which ambassador animals are showcase. We will not know until the day of the event which animals will be highlighted.
