Limited funds are available for free Zoo admission to eligible groups thanks to the Cleveland Zoological Society. Due to construction, scholarships are only available for visits on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Successful applications will be forwarded to our Program Registration team, who will make a reservation for your group and send you ticketing information. You DO NOT need to reach out to Program Registration or reserve tickets separately if you complete this form. If your application is not successful, you will be notified.

Successful applicants:
- are Ohio for profit or non-for-profit organizations that do not qualify as a school
- serve minors or individuals with physical or developmental disabilities
- can show that at least 30% of participants qualify for government assistance/ free or reduced lunch
- must schedule a visit on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday in 2026
- have a minimum group size of 5 students/youth or individuals with disability plus 1 teacher/adult/staff
