- Reservations are required for Individual Daily Admission during the 2020-2021 season.
- Gloves or mittens that cover your fingertips is a strict rule and will be enforced. No refunds will be issued for riders that do not have gloves. Gloves are available for purchase from the ticket booth.
- Your 1-hour reservation time is your time to check in at the ticket booth and pick up your pre-purchased tickets. You may toboggan as long as you would like until close of that day.
- Each person in your group tobogganing will need to purchase a ticket. If you are not tobogganing, you do not need to purchase a ticket.
- When picking up your ticket’s, children must be present for a height check. All riders must be 42” or taller. This is a strict rule and will be enforced. No Refunds will be issued for online tickets purchased for riders below the height limit.
- The toboggan is included in your ticket price. You will need to purchase one ticket per person riding. 1-4 riders may ride each toboggan. You will ride with your group. We do not mix groups on the toboggan. Limit 4 Riders Per Toboggan. Covid – 19 restrictions require riders on the same toboggan to live within the same household.
- The Ticket Booth closes 1 hour, and reservations end 2 hours before closing to ensure all riders get through the line by closing.
For Daily Weather or Operation Updates Please call (440) 572-9990 and press option 6. We will also post closings or changed operating hours on the Toboggan Reservations page as weather or operating conditions dictate. If you have a reservation on a day that we are required to close due to weather or other operating conditions, we will reach out to you via your email address and notify of the closing.
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. There is NOT an ATM on site.
