Dr. Brian Redmond, Emeritus Curator of Archaeology for the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, explores the archaeological evidence of the Whittlesey Tradition, the last Indigenous people to inhabit northeast Ohio before Europeans arrived. Learn how these communities lived and examine the enduring mystery of why they left the region by AD 1650. An optional hike to the Fort Hill earthworks will follow the one-hour indoor program.
