Share your love of kayaking with others by becoming an American Canoe Association certified instructor. Upon successful completion of the course, instructor candidates can receive Kayak instructor certification through the ACA.
Multiple Instructor Course Levels opportunities exist whether you are just starting out on your Kayak Instructor journey with Level 1, looking to teach on flat water. ACA Level 2 Kayak Instructor Candidates are preparing to teach courses in a more exposed environment than Level 1 where wind and waves may be a factor. Instructor Candidates can register for both the Level 1: Introduction to Kayaking and the Level 2: Essentials of Kayak Touring Instructor Course to combine it for an intensive 4-day ACA L1-2 Kayak Instructor Certification Workshop.
