River Grove Recreation Area is located off Chagrin River Rd. in North Chagrin Reservation, south of Chardon Rd./Rt 6 in Willoughby Hills. It features an enclosed shelter heated with electricity, table, and chairs. Water is available approximately May through October, weather permitting. Romtec vault-type restrooms nearby. Area features include a volleyball court, swings and horseshoe pit to be shared with River Grove Chestnut and Oak shelter users.
