Program Offerings:
Let Cleveland Metroparks Mobile Outreach Unit bring nature to your students virtually with their Eco Explorers powered by PNC Grow Up Great specifically designed for early learners ages 3-6 years old. Eco Explorers powered by PNC Grow Up Great provides free nature-based videos and lesson plans for educators and their students for use either in the classroom or at home. Each video and lesson plan were created to supplement your science curriculum and is based on Ohio’s Early Learning Content Standards. Your students will learn about nature’s neighborhoods in
Animal Homes & Habitats; discover what makes an insect an insect in
Investigating Insects; observe and compare different animal characteristics in
Animal Adaptations; explore the needs and basic life cycle of plants with
Plants and their Parts; and delve into weather and how it changes throughout the year in
Weather in the Seasons.
