Please note: Camp fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Scholarships
To apply for a winter camp scholarship please complete a scholarship application and return it to [email protected] with your proof of eligibility (SNAP, Medicaid, National School Lunch Program - CEP). Applications are due December 12, 2025. If qualified and chosen, one winter camp scholarship will be awarded per child, per year. You will be contacted by December 12th with your child's camp placement. Scholarships are available in ALL camps regardless of registration status!
Scholarships are offered through a special gift from the Cleveland Natural Science Club and other generous donors.
Donations are welcome to support the Outdoor Experiences Scholarship Fund.
