Nov. 2025 - The contractor has made great progress on the new trail. To date, they have completed construction of the new trail bridge, and the trail itself has been rough graded in. Over the next few weeks, they will continue work on the boardwalk installation and start construction of the retaining wall.

This project includes the planning, design, and construction of a 10'-wide, approximately 0.4 mile All Purpose Trail connecting Camelot Drive near West Creek Conservancy to Broadview Road (SR 176) to the east. The project also includes a 140-foot long trail bridge spanning West Creek. This trail segment is part of a larger vision for the West Creek Greenway, a 20-mile natural public trail network linking the communities of Seven Hills, Parma, Brooklyn Heights, and Independence to West Creek Reservation.
