ROYALVIEW LANE BRIDGE REHABILITATION
Project Update:
On June 16, 2026, Cleveland Metroparks notified the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) that it was declining the CUY Royalview Lane Bridge (PID 123409) award of $500,000 in Municipal Bridge Funding made on October 12, 2023. The Park District had accepted the award on November 30, 2023; however, with the current economic environment and project specific costs, it was determined to no longer be feasible to proceed. Design of the project will pause at the conclusion of Stage 2 (60%). Final design and rehabilitation will be pursued in a future year.
