Big Creek Parkway Road Rehabilitation

Cleveland Metroparks is soliciting bids for roadway improvements on Big Creek Parkway from Bagley Road south to Valley Parkway. The project includes asphalt overlay of approximately 3.3 miles of northbound and southbound lanes with grind and overlay repair of approximately 7,114 total square yards and 1,503 square yards of transition pavement planing prior to the asphalt overlay. Pavement marking restoration, berming, and upgrades of 23 ADA road crossings are also included.
Bids are due on July 8th, with anticipated recommendation for award at the July Board Meeting. Construction is tentatively scheduled for late summer, with the contract completion date of September 30th, 2026. Questions can be directed to Jim Rodstrom, Director of Construction at (216) 739-6044.
