Kelly Stillman

Chief of Police

Kelly Stillman serves as Chief of Police for Cleveland Metroparks, overseeing all Cleveland Metroparks Police divisions and safety and security initiatives across Cleveland Metroparks 18 park reservations.

In his role he oversees approximately 100 state-certified law enforcement officers and provides safety and security for the 25,000-acre park district 24-hours a day, year-round. In addition to protecting park reservations, the police also provide service at the Park District’s nine golf courses, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo as well as along over 100 miles of roadways. 

Chief Stillman has more than four decades of law enforcement experience including as Rocky River Police Chief from 2010 to 2020 and Beachwood Police Chief. Chief Stillman also served four years in the United States Coast Guard and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. Chief Stillman was born and raised in Rocky River, Ohio and currently resides in Cleveland.
