See if you can become the best golfer at Shawnee Hills Golf Course. The golf course is in great shape and your game will have to be also if you want to be the champion as part of the Player of the Year Tournament Series. The top 25% of non-exempt players, with a maximum of 15 players and ties, will advance to the Greater Cleveland Amateur Championship at Manakiki GC on August 10 – 12.

Course Championships/GCAC Qualifying

Entry into the Greater Cleveland Amateur Championship is through earning an exemption or by qualifying through the course championships at Sleepy Hollow, Manakiki, Shawnee Hills and Big Met golf courses. The 36-hole Course Championships will be conducted on Saturday, July 14^th and Sunday, July 15^that Mankiki and Shawnee Hills golf courses and Saturday, July 21^st and Sunday, July 22^ndat Sleepy Hollow and Big Met golf courses.

Each Championship is limited to the first 84 players entered. The committee reserves the right to adjust the numbers of qualifying position (up or down) based on the field size at each course.

The field at each Course Championship will be cut after the first round to the low 50% of the field plus all players within 15 shots of the last qualifying position.
