    Feargus B. Squire Circle ($5,000 - $9,999)

Squire's Castle, located in North Chagrin Reservation, was built in the 1890s by Feargus B. Squire for use as the gatekeeper's house for his future country estate, which was never built. Squire, an executive with the Standard Oil Company, bought the surrounding 525 acres of land but never completed the project. Modeled after German and English baronial castles, Squire’s Castle is a unique feature of North Chagrin and is a popular destination for people of all ages, with wooded hiking trails and open expanses for games and picnics.

The Feargus B. Squire Circle honors this fascinating history and recognizes Cleveland Metroparks supporters who make a cumulative annual gift between $5,000 and $9,999.

Members of the Feargus B. Squire Circle enjoy the following benefits*:

    • Invitation to a guided park excursion designed to enhance your relationship with Cleveland Metroparks
    • Invitation to an exclusive waterfront tour on the eLCee2 water taxi
    • Invitation to an annual Donor Appreciation Event with CEO Brian Zimmerman
    • Invitation to a special morning adventure in the park
    • Exclusive invitations to special events, programs, and activities
    • Enhanced communication via monthly e-newsletters

*Please note: individual events subject to change.

Your gift today will make a direct impact for conservation and ensure that our forested ecosystems can continue to benefit wildlife and future generations.
