Daily admission rates:

• Adult (all-day ticket): $12
• Children 11 and Younger (all-day ticket): $10
• One-Ride Ticket: $6

 

• Reservations are required for Individual Daily Admission during the 2020-2021 season.
• Advanced Sale tickets are not available. 
• Reservations and ticket sales end one hour before closing or sooner to ensure all riders get through the line by closing.

Group Rates:

• $1 off per person for groups of 20 or more are available for tobogganing during public hours and must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. There is NOT an ATM on site.  Gift Cards available for purchase.

• Come to the Chalet Ticket Booth to pay for and pick up your reserved tickets. All ticket restrictions will apply.
• All riders must be at least 42 inches tall to ride.
• Children must be present at the ticket booth for a height check.
• All Riders must Wear Gloves or Mittens (Heavy gloves recommended) Fingerless gloves are not permitted. Gloves are available for purchase at the Ticket Booth.
• Limit 4 Riders Per Toboggan. Covid – 19 restrictions require riders on the same toboggan to live within the same household.
• For your protection, height and safety requirements will be enforced.
• Children 14 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
• Riders must stay off the loading platform and behind the yellow line until called to load onto the toboggan.
• Riders will be instructed how to hold onto the ropes of the toboggan. All riders must keep palms out, pull up on the ropes, do not let go of the ropes, keep hands and feet inside the toboggan at all times until the toboggan comes to a complete stop”
• Riders must fit safely and properly on the toboggan.
• Intoxicated Persons are not permitted to ride.
• Secure all loose objects on your person. If you lose your hat do not chase it. A Chalet Attendant will retrieve it for you.
• The toboggan lift is used to carry the toboggans up to the top of the chutes. The toboggans are loaded and unloaded by Chalet Staff. Riders will need to walk up 108 steps to the top of the hill to ride the toboggan chutes
• No other items or people will be transported by the toboggan lift.
• Riders must carry toboggans to the top of hill, in the event the toboggan lift is not operating. No refunds, discounts, or rain checks if the toboggan lift is not operating.
• No Refunds. Tickets will not be reissued if lost or misplaced.
• Ticket sales end one hour before closing or sooner to ensure all riders get through the line by closing.
• Cleveland Metroparks is not responsible for injuries or personal property.
• Concession sales will end one half hour before closing.
• Tobogganing may be canceled due to weather and/or ice conditions. No rain checks or refunds. Updates will be posted on the weather update line. 440-572-9990 “6”.
• Weather conditions that may cancel tobogganing. If temperatures exceed 50 degrees, there is heavy rain, extreme wind chill, real temperatures reach zero or below or varying weather condition.  
• Failure to follow rules or instructions could result in Injury or expulsion from the Toboggan Chutes.

Private Toboggan Rental (Non-Public Hours)

Private rental entitles your group to exclusive use of the Chalet Recreation Area for a toboggan party. Rental times are offered only during non-public hours. During the 2020-2021 season due to COVID-19, the interior of The Chalet will remain closed during private events.

• 3-hour private rental 1-100 riders: $800 
• Riders over first 100 riders: $9 each

Popular Private Toboggan Non-Public Rental Time Slots

• Saturday & Sunday, early bird, 8–11 a.m. (Not available during holiday hours)
• Sunday, evening hours, 6–9 p.m.
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening hours (Not available during holiday hours) rentals are available for three hour time slots between 5-9 p.m.
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday day hours (not available during holiday hours)
  9 a.m.–1 p.m.
  10 a.m.–2 p.m.
  11 a.m.–3 p.m.
  Noon–4 p.m. 

Private groups may bring food for your event or arrangements can be made prior to your event to have a staffed concession stand open or a buffet served. No alcohol permitted.

Staffed Concession Stand and Buffets Available for Private Rentals

By reservation our staffed concession stand is available during any private event. Take the worry out of planning all of your food for your event. Would you like to have our concession stand open during your event so your group can make their own purchases?  Or, would you like for us to prepare a breakfast or lunch buffet for your group? There are many options to choose from.
