For 2024, the Bedford XC Mountain Bike Race is part of the Northern Ohio Mountain Bike Series (NOMBS). Race categories reflect USA Cycling categories, so sign-up by your age and your category. If you haven’t raced any other of the NOMBS races, look at the age first, and then choose what distance you want to race. You will need a USA Cycling license to race, so if you don’t have one, you’ll need to purchase one during checkout. A One Day license is $15. This is a great option for riders who want to come out to a few races and have a great time. However, to be eligible for series awards or state championships, you must purchase an annual license from USA Cycling. If you want to purchase an annual license, you can use discount codes on the USAC membership webpage, found
here. If you just want to race the Bedford XC Mountain Bike Race, you can add your one day license for $15 on the BikeReg registration page.
- TEAM24 is good for $10 off renewing your USAC license.
- INTROMEMB24 is good for $25 off a first time USAC license.
