Maple Sugaring at Rocky River Reservation

For 40 years, guests have experienced the process of gathering sap and making maple syrup at Maple Grove Picnic Area. Continue the tradition as you take a self-guided hike through the sugarbush, see demonstrations of historical syrup making processes, visit the sugarhouse and sample our delicious maple syrup. Locally made maple candy will be for sale 3/$1.00 (cash only) while supplies last.

PARKING: Park at the Lagoon Picnic area and follow the signs for a short walk to Maple Grove Picnic Area.

NOTE: Cedar Point Road is closed at Frostville. Follow the Lewis Rd. detour if entering the reservation via Cedar Point Road.
