Cleveland Metroparks is partnering with the Trout Club of the Cleveland Museum of Natural History to inspire families to try fly fishing. Spend 2-hours making memories as a family as you learn how to cast, hook, play, land, and release fish. Typically, a Fishing license is required for guests 16 & over; however, there is an exemption for Cleveland Metroparks programs on Astrohurst Pond, so you do not need a fishing license for this program. Fly rods and reels will be provided.  Feel free to bring your own equipment. The entire program will be spent outside; please dress appropriately for the weather. Dressing in non-cotton layers is encouraged.   Please bring a completed waiver and review the equipment list. Classes will begin promptly, so plan to arrive early.
