Mothers come in many shapes and sizes. Whether tall, small, feathered or furred, moms are universal. Have a wild and fun day at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. And, all moms receive free admission. Visit with some of the animal moms like black rhinos Inge and Kibibbi, orangutan Kayla or giant anteater Pica. Honor mom on Mother's Day with a walk in the park. Bring mom out to North Chagrin Nature Center in Mayfield Village from 1 - 2 p.m. for a free, leisurely �Honoring Many Mothers� hike to search for wildlife mothers including birds, amphibians, fish and especially waterfowl such as geese. Moms can take a break and relax with refreshments while kids make a cool, surprise gift for their favorite lady from 3 - 4:15 p.m. at Garfield Park Nature Center. Afterward, together look for butterflies and bugs in the gardens. This program is for kids ages 5 and older accompanied by an adult. Treat mom to a peaceful morning and delicious breakfast from 10 a.m. to noon at Rocky River Nature Center. Enjoy a light breakfast including a bagel bar, fruit and beverages. Commemorate the day with a family photo. Everyone receives a 15 percent discount on Nature Shops merchandise, and moms are treated to a coupon for 25 percent off one item on a future visit.
