February is one of the coldest months of the year. But, don't stay in! Have great winter fun no matter what turns Cleveland weather takes - tobogganing down the only public ice chutes in Ohio!
Football fans, families and thrill seekers can find many things to do this February at the Chalet Toboggan Chutes.
February's Promotional Schedule for the Chalet Toboggan Chutes is:

And, the Chalet's new toboggan lift lets riders skip the hard work and go straight to heart-racing fun. The new toboggan lift carries the toboggan to the top, so it's ready to go for its rider. Toboggan down the twin, refrigerated ice chutes with an initial drop of 70-feet and travel more than 45 mph over 700 feet of ice.
And, best of all, the Chalet Toboggan Chutes operate with or without snow!
Tobogganing hours for the season are:
Thursdays: 6 to 10 p.m.
Fridays: 6 to 10:30 p.m.
Saturdays: noon to 10:30 p.m.
Sundays: noon to 5 p.m.
The daily admission fee for tobogganing is ONLY $10 for adults and $8 for children, 11 & under. One-time ride tickets are available for $4. Group discounts during public hours are available, too.
And, the Chalet facility features a main gathering area with a large-screen television, snack bar, loft area with video games, two fireplaces (indoor and outdoor), and indoor restrooms.
Personal toboggans are not allowed at the facility. All riders must wear gloves or mittens. Children must be at least 42 inches tall to ride, and must be accompanied by an adult.
The Chalet Recreation Area is located at 16200 Valley Parkway in Mill Stream Run Reservation, between Routes 42 and 82 in Strongsville - just a short distance from I-71 and the Ohio Turnpike.
