Now that spring has arrived, it's time to take those bikes out of storage and prepare for the warm months.
Cleveland Metroparks invites you to ease back into bicycling with these programs in April led by experienced staff members and volunteers:
Bike Prep and Ride
Sunday, April 21 � 1 - 4 p.m.
CanalWay Center � Ohio & Erie Canal Reservation
Bring family and friends for a spring bike inspection. Then, head out for a nice bike ride along the Towpath Trail. Registration is required. CanalWay Center is located on Whittlesey Way, off the East 49th Street entrance of Ohio & Erie Canal Reservation, between Grant Avenue and Canal Road in Cuyahoga Heights. It is that time of year again - time to bike with Naturalist Jill Hauger and Cultural History Interpreter Doug Kusak. Throughout the warm months, this series will tour the Towpath Trail and talk history and nature. On this ride, the tour meets outside CanalWay Center and heads north.
