    Learn Tips For Capturing The Perfect Fall Picture At "North Chagrin Nature Photography Weekend"

    This is a great time for nature photography. With the leaves
    changing and the cooler temperatures bringing out creatures for
    their last hurrah before winter, nature enthusiasts are armed with
    their SLRs and point-and-click cameras. Capturing a flawless
    picture in nature is not always easy, though. Even the most
    advanced camera users need a refresher course.



    Amateur photographers and advanced photographers can take the
    chance to polish up their skills at Cleveland Metroparks �North
    Chagrin Nature Photography Weekend� event on Saturday and Sunday,
    October 13 and 14 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at North Chagrin Nature
    Center in North Chagrin Reservation in Mayfield Village. 



    Featuring morning guided photo treks and afternoon
    presentations, nature enthusiasts can learn tips and tricks to snap
    that perfect picture. A variety of topics are covered, from how to
    get the best picture in different environments to using
    Photoshop.



    For the opportunity to put in some practice, sign up for a Photo
    Trek and learn more about how to take spectacular photos.
    Registration and a $5 fee are required for each Photo Trek. Space
    is limited.

    cameras/lenses and demonstrate various photographic
    accessories.



    While at the nature center, take a moment to see the photography
    showcase from the North Chagrin Nature Photography Photo Contest.
    Each year, the contest has participants submit quality, framed and
    ready to hang prints of nature in Northeast Ohio. This year, 102
    photographers submitted their best photographs of wildlife, birds,
    reptiles, amphibians and insects all to be on display.



    North Chagrin Nature Center is located off Buttermilk Falls
    Parkway, off the Sunset Lane entrance of North Chagrin Reservation,
    off SOM Center Road/Route 91 in Mayfield Village - south of the
    I-90/Rte. 91 exit.
