Make it a holiday season to remember when December Days return to Cleveland Metroparks Zoo with fun seasonal activities including photos with Santa, crafts, live music, and discounted admission, not to mention reindeer, wolves and tigers too!
December Days runs December 19-24 and 26-30. Discounted admission on those days is just $7 per person, $4 for kids ages 2-11 and free for children younger than 2 and Zoo members. Special seasonal activities are scheduled daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Kids can get their photo taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. December 19-24 in the Wolf Lodge, then bundle up and visit the rest of the winter loving animals of Northern Trek, including six different kinds of bears, camels, seals and sea lions.
In the Zoo's Exhibit Hall kids can make crafts and decorate cookies. Live music is on tap in The RainForest from December 19-24 and in the Wolf Lodge from December 26-30.

There's plenty to see at the Zoo all year long, no matter what the weather. After warming up in The RainForest, check out the koalas in GumLeaf Hideout, or visit the gorillas in the Primate, Cat & Aquatics Building.
The Zoo offers complimentary heated transportation all winter long. The Zoo is closed Christmas Day, December 25, and New Year's Day, January 1.
Northeast Ohio's most-visited year-round attraction, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. From November 1 through March 31, 2012, admission is discounted to $8 per person, $5 for kids ages 2 to 11 and is free for children younger than 2 and Zoo members. Parking is free. Located at 3900 Wildlife Way, the Zoo is easily accessible from Interstates 71, 90 and 480.
