Cleveland Metroparks "Inviting the Planet to Dinner"
series continues with a free showing of the 2009 documentary
"Fresh" on Thursday, July 21 at 7 p.m.at Rocky
River Nature Canter in Rocky River Reservation.
The movie shows how people can move forward to a healthier food
system and commemorates farmers, thinkers and business people
across America who are reinventing our food system.
The "Inviting The Planet to Dinner" series continues
every third Thursday of the month through December at Rocky
RiverNatureCenter, presenting food and sustainability issues and
techniques.
The series continues with:
� August 18 - Chef Rae Endreola speaking on
"Herbs" ($5 fee and registration required)
� September 15 - Apolloson Farms with an
"Apples"presentation($5 fee and registration
required)
� October 20 - Author Marilou Suszko speaking on
"Canning" ($5 fee and registration required)
� November 17 - Green-grower Bill Shore with
"Microgreens" ($5 fee and registration required)
� December 15 - Chef Rae Endreola presenting "Fresh
Milk" ($5 fee and registration required)
