With the change of colors beginning, Cleveland Metroparks provides
a breath-taking natural canvas for nature exploration this fall
season. The fall foliage in Cleveland Metroparks can be found just
about everywhere throughout the Park District.

Brilliant reds, oranges, yellows, purples, golds, and browns fill
the landscapes as the days become shorter and the area transitions
fully into autumn. The shorter hours of sunlight and cooler
temperatures as the seasons change is what causes the colors of the
    leaves to change.

One of the best reasons to visit Cleveland Metroparks is the
variety of scenery. The river valleys, upland forests, and meadows
change throughout the seasons - and are especially beautiful in
    autumn.

Park visitors can take advantage of a variety of opportunities to
view the fall colors from a naturalist-led walk to a self-guided
hike along one of the Park Districts many trails.

For the perfect autumn drive, Cleveland Metroparks offers a
"Parkways to Fall Colors" brochure to guide visitors to
the most picturesque seasonal views. The "Parkways to Fall
Colors" brochure lists a number of peak fall color locations
throughout the Park District. Pick one up at any nature center or
    download it at clevelandmetroparks.com.

    For more information, call 216-635-3200.

Experience the breathtaking fall foliage exploring Cleveland
Metroparks - part of your life, naturally.
