Explore the "Emerald Necklace" on the "Tour deNecklace" Bicycle Rides that continue through October! Join volunteers Bruce Amsel and Lynda Warner for free monthly ridesof 13 to 30 miles in and around the beautiful "EmeraldNecklace" on Sundays. The rides, with easy to moderate difficulty at an easy pace,include stops for natural and historical interpretation and lunch.Rides begin and end at the same point starting at 9:30 a.m. andreturning around 3 p.m., depending on distance. Riders can enjoyany or all of the tours. This year's "Tour de Necklace" Bicycle Rides continue onthe following Sundays:Sunday, July 18Rocky River Reservation28 miles - begin at the Emerald Necklace Marina Sunday, August 15Bedford Reservation13 miles - begin at ViaductPark Sunday, September 19South Chagrin Reservation14 miles - begin at Look About Lodge Sunday, October 10North Chagrin Reservation to South Chagrin Reservation30 miles - begin at Whispering Woods Picnic Area Registration is required, and space is limited.
