    "msonormal">Experience Garfield Park Nature
    Center's surrounding area as it transforms to years-gone by when
    much of Garfield Park Reservation was farm land during the �Farm
    & Garden Day� event on Saturday, June 5 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
    at Garfield Park Nature Center in Garfield Park Reservation in
    Garfield Hts.



    "msonormal">�Farm & Garden Day� is a free
    event featuring vendors and exhibitors, live farm animals
    (including a petting area with rabbits and goats), displays of
    antique and modern farm equipment, square dancing, photo
    opportunities, and hayride shuttles.
    " mso-spacerun: yes;" lang="EN-GB">  "EN-GB">Plus, there will be demonstrations of spinning, sheep
    herding and more!



    "msonormal">Local vendors will have products
    available from local farms and items that you can use to enhance
    your gardens, including native plants and seeds, honey, books, and
    a farmer's market.



    "msonormal">Free children's hands-on crafts,
    activities and tasting stations will be going on all day, as
    well.
     



    "msonormal">And, head over to the scarecrow
    building station to make and take home your very own
    scarecrow.
    "EN-GB">  Be sure to bring some old
    clothes, or you can purchase clothes on site for $1 (provided by
    the Slovenian National Home).



    "msonormal">Event-goers can also browse the
    great merchandise selections of EarthWords Nature Shop, and enjoy
    refreshments for sale.

    Garfield Park Nature Center is located
    off the Broadway Avenue entrance of Garfield Park Reservation in
    Garfield Heights - north of the I-480/Broadway Avenue
    exit.
