The Chief Executive Officer for Cleveland Metroparks has adopted a policy acknowledging that Cleveland Metroparks operates its programs, services, and activities without regard to race, color, religion, age, national origin, national ancestry, sex, pregnancy, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, military service or veteran status, mental or physical disability, or genetic information, in accordance with the following:

- Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990;
- The Age Discrimination Act of 1975; and
- Executive Order 13166.
