Programs are available for students in kindergarten through eighth grade and meet on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month from January through May and September through December. All programs take place in the Jungle Lab classroom inside The RainForest. Programs are fun, interactive, and educational!
We are unable to accommodate walk-ups for these programs. Please register in advance.
Registration closes Thursday night for programs the following Tuesday.

September 10 - Dinosaurs!
Explore our Dinosaur exhibit and learn more about the animals that roamed the earth millions of years ago!
September 24 - Fossils and Plates
Students will learn how fossils helped scientists learn more about the Earth.
October 8 - The Basic Needs
Learn about what animals really need, and how they use them all together to survive.
October 22 - Resources Worth Saving
Students will learn about natural resources, how they are used, and how long they might last...
November 12 - Reptiles and Amphibians
Explore these groups of slimy and slithery animals and learn what makes them all so special!
November 26 - Birds and Mammals
Discover how these animals are adapted to beat the cold and live almost ANYWHERE they want!
December 10 - Animals Of The Ocean
Students will learn about marine biology and many of the interesting animals living in the unexplored depths of the ocean.

- Grades K-2: $5 per person (members), $8 per person (non-members)
- Grades 3-5: $5 per person (members), $8 per person (non-members)
- Grades 6-8: $8 per person (members), $10 per person (non-members)
*One adult will be admitted free of charge for each family registered. Program fee includes admission to the Zoo and The RainForest.
