$350 - up to 8 hours - without Food or Bar Service
$50/hour for each additional hour

Monday - Thursday Evenings Facility Rental - available 5 p.m. - 11 p.m.:

$100 - 6 hours, $75 - 3 hours – with pre-paid Food and/or Bar Service
Friday Evenings Facility Rental - available 5 p.m. - 11 p.m.:
$275 - 6 hours, $225 - 3 hours - with no Food or Bar Service included
$200 - 6 hours, $175 - 3 hours - with Cash Bar Service Only

Hourly rental:
$75 first hour, $50/hour for each additional hour. Hourly rate not available on weekends.
One Rivergate Attendant included with Facility Rental.

$100 - up to 4 hours.
$25/each additional hour.
51 to 100 people – Two Rivergate Attendants are required
$200 - up to 8 hours
$150 - up to 4 hours
$40/each additional hour.
Pre-Paid Food and/or Bar Service (coffee and iced tea included with Pre-Paid Bar & Food Service):
Up to 50 people - One Rivergate Attendant
$100 - up to 8 hours
$75 - up to 4 hours.
$20/each additional hour
51 to 100 people -
Two Rivergate Attendants are required
$150 - up to 8 hours
$100 - up to 4 hours
$30/each additional hour.
Add cost of beer or wine (beer and wine prices are per case)

Food Packages:
* Menu pricing from $5 to $15/per person. Selection varies and can be customized for your menu.
* Facility Rentals - Food and non-alcoholic beverages may be brought in with a regular facility rental.
All Alcoholic Beverages must be purchased from Rivergate Café.
Nature Centers
- Nature-themed parties and events includes one hour exclusive nature program
- $175 rental fee includes room rental, nature program and reusable plate, bowls, flatware, cups and pitchers
- 10 to 20 children (not including chaperones), ages 3 and up
- Craft available
