Exercising

All purpose, hiking, and physical fitness trails are located throughout the Park District and offer excellent opportunities for walking, running, cross-country skiing, horseback riding, cycling, and in-line skating.

There are eight physical fitness trails in Cleveland Metroparks. Each trail consists of 18 exercise stations spaced over a 1- to 1.5-mile path depending on the location and terrain. Each station provides a different type of exercise.
